A Day in the Life at Our Surf Camp

06:00 AM – Dawn Patrol: Wake up, grab a coffee, and hop in the tuk-tuk while the wind is glassy.
06:30 AM – Surf Session 1: 90 minutes of guided instruction at a beginner-friendly sandy break like Peanut Farm.
09:00 AM – Breakfast: Head back to camp for a massive Sri Lankan breakfast (string hoppers, dhal, fresh fruit) or smoothie bowls.

When to Book for the 2027 Season

Arugam Bay's surfing season kicks off in May and runs steadily through October. Unlike the South Coast (Weligama/Mirissa) which is best during the European winter, the East Coast comes alive during the mid-year months.

Because July and August are peak season, our surf camp beds sell out months in advance. We highly recommend booking your 2027 spot by February or March to secure your dates.
